For 30 years I worked in the Health Service as a nurse midwife and health visitor
During my study of alternative and complimentary therapies over 20 of these years I tried to view the whole picture of caring and healing in a balanced and comprehensive manner. My spiritual growth throughout this time allows me to view each person as unique and more than the physically obvious.
I have selected to specialise in therapies which enhance self healing and personal choice.

An imbalance in the system from birth to whenever can adversly affect the functioning and development of the brain and spinal cord resulting in physical, mental and/or emotional problems.
A light hands on approach assists the hydraulic forces inherant in the system and self correction occurs.

Following the principles of Carl Rogers, the person not the problem is at the centre of the counselling process with emphasises the present experience and essential worth of the whole person
