The Consulting Rooms is operated by Lynne Marshall, a sole trader providing consulting room rental and related services to healthcare and wellbeing professionals.

Whilst you use the website we also receive information about your computer such as your IP address, operating system and browser details. This information helps us provide a better website experience for you.

Room-rental, booking, invoicing and payment records will normally be retained for six years after the end of the relevant financial year or business relationship, unless a longer period is required by law or in connection with a legal claim. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised.

The Consulting Rooms uses Skedda to manage room bookings and IntakeQ to manage registrations. Personal information submitted through these services is processed and stored using their systems and data-storage facilities.
Skedda and IntakeQ use technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal information. These measures may include encryption while information is being transmitted and stored. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
