Cheyenne Luckemeier

Person Centred Counsellor

Hello, my name is Cheyenne (she/her/they). I am a person-centered counsellor and psychotherapist (MBACP), originally from Germany but living in Glasgow since 2016.

I strive to create a therapeutic space and allyship which feels 'safe enough' to explore whatever is going on for you – whether this is about yourself, relationships, or wider concerns about the world (including political and climate concerns). With so much happening in our personal and collective lives, I believe what we label as anxiety, burnout, anger issues, depression etc. are often reasonable responses to our environment and lived experiences. Together, we can make sense of this and help you feel more empowered in your life.

My therapeutic approach welcomes every part of you exactly as you are. I value diversity of all sorts and where appropriate/desired, we can work creatively (art materials provided), with body awareness or mindfulness to better understand how your unique experiences impact on you as a whole person.
