Person Centred Counsellor

You may be here looking for support as you are overwhelmed with worry and struggling with your sleep. Or perhaps you are feeling low or stuck and unsure how to move forward. Talking through what is on your mind can help to ease these feelings. It can also help you to reflect on the experiences in your life and bring some clarity in finding ways to move through your challenges.

I am a Person-Centred Therapist, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer in person sessions to adults on Thursdays. I offer both short and longer-term therapy depending on what you are looking for. If you are not sure what you might need, it is something we can discuss and review along the way.

I will listen to you with warmth, openness and without judgement in my aim to understand you. You will have the space to explore your thoughts and feelings, at a pace and depth that feels right for you. I will offer reflections and gentle challenges to help you to untangle your feelings and deepen your understanding of yourself. I believe that you have what is needed to experience positive change in your life.

Please get in touch if you this sounds like something you’d be interested in. We can arrange a brief introductory call where I can offer you more information and we can decide whether we’d work well together.
