She works with adults and teenagers (aged 16+) who are experiencing psychological distress, emotional or behavioural challenges, life changes, as well as family and relationship difficulties. Her empathic and trauma-informed therapeutic approach helps clients work through challenges and move towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Her practice aims to ensure that all clients feel respected, understood, and receive the personalised support they need to thrive. While specialising in low mood, anxiety, bereavement and in adjustment to illness and other stressful life changes, she also has experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, people from diverse cultural backgrounds, and students.
As a pluralistic practitioner, she utilises a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences. These include Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), as well as approaches informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). She also offers hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to support clients in managing unwanted behavioural, emotional, and health difficulties, including smoking cessation.
